BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Maine Pizza Dough 16” Pre-sheeted Round (20oz)

Individual 16” pre-sheeted pizza dough made to thaw, top, and bake in your food service program.

SAUCE AND TOP

Top with 4oz of sauce and 12oz. of cheese  

PANNING

Place pre-sheeted dough on baking surface.

  • Spray baking surface with nob-stick spray.

  • Thaw 1-2 hours at room temperature.

BAKE

Bake at 425°F for 12 minutes or until crust is fully baked and cheese is golden.

  • Turn pizza halfway through the bake.
