12oz. Frozen Dough
Wrapped individually for resale or thawed for use. Some nonprofits throw a pizza fundraiser to sell by the slice or whole pies. Others fry our dough. Some make garlic flatbreads, calzones, or bialys.
Packed Pizza Kit (Small)
Packed in a sturdy to-go box (9" x 6" x 6"), each Kit contains 1 frozen dough ball, “Dough Handling Tips” baking instructions, sauce and cheese.
Packed Pizza Kit (Large)
Packed in a sturdy mailer box (12" x 9" x 4"), each Kit contains 2 frozen dough balls, 1 piece of baking parchment , “Dough Handling Tips” baking instructions, sauce, cheese, as well as stickers from The Good Crust and Maine Grains.
