BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Maine “Ready Fill” Dough 2oz Round
Individual half-sheet of 2 oz pizza dough rounds made to thaw, fill, and bake in your food service program.
PANNING
Place pre-sheeted dough on baking surface.
Spray baking surface with non-stick spray
Thaw dough 1-2 hours at room temperature.
ADD FILLING
Fill rounds with desired fillings.
Fillings can be whatever you like: cheese, eggs, sausage, mushrooms, berries, etc.
