BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Maine “Ready Fill” Dough 2oz Round

Individual half-sheet of 2 oz pizza dough rounds made to thaw, fill, and bake in your food service program.

PANNING

Place pre-sheeted dough on baking surface.

  • Spray baking surface with non-stick spray

  • Thaw dough 1-2 hours at room temperature.

ADD FILLING

Fill rounds with desired fillings.

  • Fillings can be whatever you like: cheese, eggs, sausage, mushrooms, berries, etc.

BAKE

Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
