BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Maine Dough Balls
Individual frozen dough balls made to thaw, top/fill and bake in your food service program. Ideal for personal or group pizzas (depending on the size), calzones, fougasse, fried dough, khachapuri Georgian cheese bread and more.
TOP WITH DESIRED FILLINGS
Add sauce and/or cheese per nutrition requirement
PANNING
Place frozen bread on a sheet pan.
Thaw dough, covered, on greased pan, until slack.
Stretch dough to desired shape/thickness on pan.
BAKE
Bake at 500°F for 8-10 minutes until crust is browned.
Turn pizzas halfway through the bake.
