BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Maine Flatbread Dough ½ Sheet (23oz)
Individual half-sheet pre-sheeted pizza dough made to thaw, top, and bake in your food service program. They were designed to feature fresh stone-milled whole grains from Maine in a convenient product form. Ideal for saving labor prep and cutting time, maximizing servings per sheet pan, and conserving sheet pan use.
SAUCE AND TOP
Add 8oz sauce and 18oz cheese per ½ sheet (or nutrition requirement)
For best results, sauce and cheese to the edge, thus maximizing dairy serving coverage and preserving crust tenderness.
PANNING
Place frozen bread on a sheet pan.
Transfer parchment and dough to baking pan.
Thawing is optional.
BAKE
Bake at 425°F for 10-12 minutes or until crust is fully baked and cheese is golden.
Turn pizzas halfway through the bake.
