The Simple, Scalable, No-Cook Pizza Sauce Recipe We Use

When you make as much pizza as we do, it's crucial to have a sauce recipe that's consistently delicious, easy to whip up, and scalable. This particular recipe is inspired by Pizza Camp, our current favorite pizza cookbook.

Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves (finely grated)

  • 1 can crushed tomatoes (ideally San Marzano)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1½ teaspoons sea salt

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients thoroughly.

  2. Cover the bowl and let the sauce sit in the fridge. While a few hours will do, we recommend leaving it overnight for optimal flavor.
